Pricing Model
Flat Fee
Promotional Program. The first year the club membership will be a test of our pricing model. We will offer a discounted membership in 2024 for an annual rate of [$10]. A discounted annual renewal membership for 2025 rate [$25} and regular flat fee annual renewal membership in 2026.
Club Communications & Marketing
Our goal is to create a community of wine interests and travel and promote interest in the wine industry. We will take a grass roots approach along with promoting the wine club services through digital marketing. We will focus on visually driven social media marketing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and X.
Email Marketing. Delivery of regular newsletters featuring new wines, exclusive offers, wine education and feature a recipe for pairings.
Automated campaigns. We will use automated emails to welcome new members, remind them of winery affiliate benefits and offer renewal incentives.
Blogging. Our blog will provide members with articles on wine education, food pairings, wine regions and tasting notes. A special section for food pairing recipes from club members to tell the members about your favorite eats with wine.
Terms & Conditions
Wine Trails & Tales LLC and their parents and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and applies to your use of the URL, https://www.jpcventurestravel.com, and all other websites, social media pages and accounts owned by the Company (individually and collectively, the “Websites” , “Website” or “Site”, “Sites”).
Wine Trails & Tales LLC and JPC Ventures Travel offers this Website, including all information, tools, and services available from the Site to you, the user (Member), Conditions upon your acceptance of all Terms, Conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any Services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
The Terms and Conditions are personal to you and your account (membership) or purchase(s) with and from the Company. You may not assign these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign any of its rights and delegate any of its duties hereunder at any time, without your consent, in its sole discretion. Subscription (Membership) Programs. You acknowledge and agree that the Company will use a recurring payment system in connection with any Membership Program(s). i.e., Clubs, that you are enrolled in. The method of payment linked to your account will be automatically charged in accordance with the schedule of your applicable program or the renewal term of the program. There is no ongoing commitment to remain a member of any subscription program. You may cancel your membership(s) at any time by contacting us at jpc@jpcventurestravel.com , by calling 1-608-640-9349 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST and we will promptly stop processing the recurring payments.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the Website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the user of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and Membership.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site (or social media) or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
Modification to the Services and Prices
The Company reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Your continued Membership and use of the Company Website(s) following such notification will be confirmation of your acceptance of such changes. The Company will give you prior written notification of material changes to the terms of any club membership and provide you with an opportunity to cancel your membership. Cancellation does not constitute a return of your membership fee.
We reserve the right to change the terms of any products, goods, or services that we offer, including without limitation changes to prices, delivery times, and/or package contents. All prices (other than already agreed upon club membership prices), discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. At our discretion, and in accordance with applicable law, we may provide you with prior notice of any material changes. Certain product or services may be available exclusively online through the Website or social media. These products or services may have limited quantities. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise the right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any order or membership subscription you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel events purchased by person, household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel and order or ever, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address, or phone number provided at the time subscribing, booking or the order made.

Release & Authorization to record, Use Voice & Likeness
This release and authorization are between you, the releasor in favor of JPC Ventures LLC, DBA JPC Ventures Travel and Wine Trails & Tales LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company (the recorder).
From time to time, the Releasor shall participate in certain photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other means of recording images or sound as arranged by the Recorder (the Recordings). The Recorder has permission to record his or her voice, sounds, conversation, image, and likeness in the Recordings.
While participating in any of our tours or programs, images, photos, or videos may be taken by us, our tour operator, our representatives or contractors, or other participants, that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce for any purposes whatsoever (including marketing, promotions, and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licenses), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.
User Comments and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries, event bookings) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestion, proposals, plans or translate, materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to pay compensation for any comments; (2) to maintain any comments in confidence, or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene materials, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the option of the Services or any related website or social media. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are personally responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and have no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Travel Services
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between JPC Ventures LLC (DBA JPC Ventures Travel), (the “Company”) and the Members. The Company provides travel and/or vacation services and other products and services. The products and services JPC Ventures Travel provides are subject to these terms and conditions. We act as a facilitator with tour operators. It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand all the Terms and Conditions and all tour information before submitting any form (booking, flight request, insurance, hotel accommodation) including payments required. Any questions regarding the Terms and Conditions should be sent to jpc@jpcventurestravel.com for clarification before purchasing any services offered by the Club.
Club programs involve walking over unseen surfaces, climbing stairs, and navigating areas that are not accessible for people with mobility issues.
Disputes
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The venue for arbitration shall be Dane County, Wisconsin. No class arbitration shall be permissible.
All arrangements for accommodations are done between Club members. Neither the Company nor any of its officers or employees shall be held responsible or liable for the actions of any Club member, or the consequences of those actions (including, but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, general, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages).
The Company shall not be liable for your or anyone else's conduct or acts in connection with the use of our services, including without limitation, property or financial loss, bodily injury, emotional distress, contagious disease, death or any other damages resulting from contact, communications or meetings with other registered members or persons introduced to you by our service, whether on-line or off-line.
By applying for and accepting membership of the Club, you hereby release The Company and all its officers and employees from any liability whatsoever regarding any and all loss or damage which might result from your membership in the Club.
Responsibilities and Limitations of Liability
Certain unexpected events may arise during travel, including, but not limited to, weather events, pandemics or epidemics, quarantines, border closures, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, political uprisings or civil disturbances, riots, strikes, terrorist activities or the threat of terrorist activities, criminal acts committed by third parties, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, an Act of God, or other events that are beyond the control of the Company. Any such event may force a cancellation or disruption of the trip or program. The Company will not be held responsible or liable in any way for such events, including any death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay, or other losses caused by such event. Any losses or costs resulting from these events will be the responsibility of the participant.
The Company is not responsible for changes to flight times, fare changes, dishonor of airline, hotel or other reservations, or delays. Although every effort is made to manage passengers’ luggage as carefully as possible, the Company cannot be responsible, assume liability, or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft, wear, and tear, or by hotel or group carrier handling. The liability of carriers for baggage or other property accompanying passengers is limited to their liability as common carriers.
The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the Company or the tour operator, including, but not limited to, changes to program dates, staff (including our Company representatives), itineraries, or accommodations as conditions warrant. Deviations from the scheduled itinerary are at the expense of the participant.
You are required to agree to the terms and conditions in order to reserve their spot and travel with the group. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are certifying that you are in good health to join the trip and are physically able to participate in all stated itinerary items.
By agreeing, you acknowledge that you:
1. Have read the Travel Terms and Conditions in their entirety and accept in full all conditions set forth herein. 2. Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are doing so voluntarily. No oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from these terms and conditions have been made. 3. Understand that these terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us. In the event any portion of these terms and conditions are held invalid, the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect. 4. Agree that these terms will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. 5. Agree that these terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin (without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions) and any action to enforce these terms and conditions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you by mail or email of any changes to the terms and conditions and notification will be effective upon mailing or on the date the email is sent, whichever is applicable.
Acceptance of Risk
You acknowledge that travel, especially to foreign and remote destinations, may involve some risk to your health and safety. The degree and nature of personal risk involved depends on factors such as the products or services booked, the time a tour or program takes place, and the location(s) in which a tour or program operates. There may be a significant degree of personal risk involved in participating in physical and/or high-risk activities (such as ziplining, snorkeling, or hot air balloon rides), carriage by watercraft, or traveling to high altitudes or remote locations.
By traveling on a tour or program, you acknowledge that you have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges, and your own personal capabilities and needs, and you assume responsibility for all such risks. You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while traveling, including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses, flotation devices, and helmets), following all local health and safety rules and regulations, and obeying all posted signs and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety. Absent any gross negligence on our part, the Company and our representatives will not be held liable for any claims or causes of action arising from any losses, damages, illness, injuries, or death resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings or the risks inherent in travel or participating in activities included in our itineraries or otherwise offered by us, our tour operators, or our representatives.
Group Participation
On our group tours or program, you may be traveling with individuals you do not know, and this can sometimes be challenging. To avoid any discord within our groups and to provide our travelers with a positive travel experience, the Company reserves the right to reject or remove any participant whose behavior is determined to be incompatible with the group. If you fail to comply with a decision made by our travel operator or host, behave in a way that is judged to cause or likely to cause danger, distress, or material annoyance to others, interfere with the wellbeing or mobility of the group, or are deemed to be fractious to the group, we may ask you to leave the tour or program. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the Company and/or our tour operators and representatives. In this case, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the program/tour cost, and all expenses incurred by the termination of the tour program are your responsibility. The Company may also elect not to have you on any future trips.
Cancellation(s)
Our trips and programs require a minimum number of travelers to operate. JPC Ventures Travel or its travel operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip or program for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, travel restrictions, or any events beyond our control.
The Company will adhere to the written cancellation policy of the travel operator. In most cases, cancellations prior to the final payment due date allow for a refund. In some cases, including most cruises, the required deposit may be non-refundable, which will be noted on the brochure and registration materials. We encourage you to familiarize yourself thoroughly with the tour operator’s cancellation and refund policies included on the back of the trip brochure and registration form.
If you cancel after the final payment deadline, you will not receive a refund unless your reason for cancelation is covered in your (optionally) purchased travel protection plan. If cancellation is necessary after final payment due to a covered reason, the traveler could submit an insurance claim if they purchased a travel protection plan was purchased for this trip. The Company and the tour operator make no determination whether the claim will be approved. More details regarding insurance will be provided upon request.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of a cancelled trip or program, including, but not limited to, loss of earnings, loss of enjoyment, or the cost of any connecting flights, accommodations, airport transportation, visas, document fees, vaccinations, or other services you may purchase that are dependent upon the operation of your trip or program.
Travel Protection
We recommend that you carry travel protection insurance or equivalent coverage. For your convenience, offer travel protection plans by various insurance providers, which help provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, trip delay, baggage loss, theft or damage, medical expense, emergency evacuation coverage, and more. You may purchase this coverage from the provider of your choice. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase any other travel product or service. Indemnification and Dispute Resolution
Please read this section carefully, as it may significantly affect your legal rights, including your right to file or participate in a lawsuit filed in court.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wine Trails & Tales LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
If a dispute arises between you and us, we are committed to working with you to reach a reasonable resolution. For any issue or dispute that arises between us, both parties acknowledge and agree that they will first make a good faith effort to resolve it informally before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding in arbitration or otherwise. This includes first sending a written description of the dispute to the other party. Foray dispute you initiate, you agree to send the written description of dispute along with the email address associated with your account to our email address, which is provided in the Notices section of these Terms of Service. For any dispute that Company initiates, we will send our written description of the dispute to the email address associated with your account. The written description must be on an individual basis and provide at least the following information: your name; a description of the nature or basis of the claim or dispute; and the specific relief sought.
You and we agree to then negotiate in good faith about the dispute through an informal telephonic dispute resolution conference. The informal telephonic dispute resolution conferences shall be individualized; multiple individuals initiating claims cannot participate in the same conference. If either party is represented by counsel, that party’s attorney may participate in the conference, but the party also must appear at and participate in the conference. If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through this informal process within sixty (60) days after receipt of the written description of the dispute, you and we agree to the further dispute resolution provisions below. The aforementioned informal dispute resolution process is a prerequisite and condition precedent to commencing any formal dispute resolution proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our relationship, these Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy (including any dispute as to their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity), will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or JAMS using a single arbitrator under the applicable resolution provider’s Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitrator shall be chosen by mutual agreement from a list of ten (10)potential arbitrators proposed by you or us (each of us may propose up to five proposed arbitrators) and, if you and we are unable to agree, the arbitrator shall be chosen by the arbitration administrator. In the event ofa conflict between the Arbitration Rules and Procedures and these Terms of Service, these Terms shall govern. You are hereby waiving your right to have a jury trial or to go to court to resolve disputes with us. You may, in arbitration, seek any and all remedies otherwise available to you where you reside, other than as waived in these
These Terms and Conditions and all issues collateral hereto shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin pertaining to contracts made and to be performed entirely therein and without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions
Unless otherwise specified to the contrary herein, all notices due under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been made or given when any such notice is received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if sent by email; or the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by a recognized overnight courier service, return receipt requested. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing contained herein will be construed as creating any relationship of employer/employee, partnership, agency, joint venture, or otherwise between you and us, nor will these Terms of Service be construed as conferring on any party any express or implied right, power, or authority to enter into any agreement or commitment, express or implied, or to incur any obligation or liability on behalf of the other party.
Any waiver of either party’s rights hereunder must be in writing. No waiver by either party of any breach or default of any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions and required to be performed by the other party shall be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or of any other provision.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for performance of its obligations under the Terms of Service if it is prevented or delayed from performing such obligations as a result of(i) any provision of any present or future law or regulation of any state or of the United States, (ii) any act of God, war, civil unrest or emergency condition, or (iii) any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
