Intragastric Balloon Pre-op Prep

The intragastric balloon placement count down is for real now. For the next 2 weeks I am on a complete liquid diet. I'm saving my jaw that is for sure... since there is nothing to chew. Guess I'll have to keep talking to keep it from freezing up.

Lots of water, sugar-free pudding and liquid greens and reds. Let me not forget the main meal of the day... broth.
